1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or utilizing our high-ticket consulting, software engineering, and AI visibility integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service SLAs & Guarantees
Velocity Verge Solutions provides specific performance guarantees, including our "< 200ms INP" target and "99.99% Uptime" guarantees for clients on active infrastructure retainers. These guarantees are defined strictly within the bounds of independent, third-party analytics (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, Vercel Analytics). Uptime calculations exclude scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified via custom contract, the codebase, design systems, and proprietary automation workflows deployed by Velocity Verge Solutions remain the intellectual property of our organization until full payment is rendered and transfer of ownership is explicitly stated.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are explicitly responsible for the legality, accuracy, and licensing of any text, imagery, or data they provide to us for inclusion in their software or website builds. Velocity Verge Solutions is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Velocity Verge Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify active clients of material changes directly.
